Lantern Review investigates “fob,” Bull City Press’ presale discount on Another & Another Grind Anthology & reading @ SE WI Festival of Books!

Just returned from a transformative week at Ghost Ranch in New Mexico where I caught up with teachers past (Juan Felipe Herrera, Chris Abani, liz gonzalez & Maiana Minahal), farflung friends and where I was able to take a poetry workshop from Kimiko Hahn.

I was happily surprised to find that Iris Law & Lantern Review had investigated my poem, “fob” right alongside Kimiko Hahn’s villanelle, “The Fever.” Send your poems their way to Issue 5 (Hybridity)!

Bull City Press has extended the presale discount on Another & Another, An Anthology From the Grind Daily Writing Series

It’s $14.95 with free shipping. Features 47 fabulous poets (including Dilruba Ahmed, Tamiko Beyer, Nandi Comer, Nicelle Davis, Vievee Francis, Soham Patel, Jenny Johnson, Jamaal May, Khadijah Queen, Arisa White & many others including yours truly), edited by Matthew Olzmann & Ross White. Available at this price until June 30!

Finally, I’ll be reading with Angela Sorby and Margaret Rozga, 1-2pm, Friday, June 15 @ Northview 125, University of Wisconsin-Waukesha’s Southeast Wisconsin Festival of Books.

Hope to see you there or in the sunshine!
